Metal Work Industry

Metalworking is the process of working with metals to create individual parts, assemblies, or large-scale structures. The term covers a wide range of work from large ships and bridges to precise engine parts and delicate jewelry. It therefore includes a correspondingly wide range of skills, processes, and tools.

Steel Sheet Metal Fabrication Applications:

When it comes to metal work fabrication processes, whether carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum, Faik is well Known as one of the leader manufacturers in this field. Our customers depend on us to produce quality products involving both metal bending, as well as custom metal fabrication. Faik Company is well positioned to provide exceptional service and tight tolerances so that all sheet metal products meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. Our highly-skilled craftsmen, best-in-industry tolerances, wide variety of available sheet metals, and great value give our customers the edge to beat their competition.

Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Fabricating Applications

Faik Company choose stainless steel grades 304, 316, 410 and 904. Stainless steel grade 304 makes cost-effective sense for most sheet metal work, offering reasonable corrosion resistance. If you need us to manufacture a wide variety of different shapes and forms, stainless steel grade 304 is the most popular choice. Our expertise in 304 industrial sheet metal fabrication in combination with high formability and weldability characteristics means this is a cost-effective material for most consumer and light industrial products.

Sometimes our customers need their sheet metal fabrication products to stand up to elevated temperatures. Stainless steel grade 316 is both more corrosion resistant and heat resistant than grade 304, and we think it’s a great choice. Common Noble customer applications include chemical equipment, valves, and pumps. Fewer of our customers choose stainless grade 410. It has great heat treatability, but it is poor in corrosion resistance. 410 is great for cutlery.

Aluminum Sheet Metal Fabrication Applications

Aluminum sheet metal is great for most custom metal fabrication. The following are the most commonly used aluminum grades that our customers require.

SAFETY & CERTIFICATION

Industrial Metalwork is committed to conducting our business in a manner that provides and maintains a safe and healthy work place that safeguards the safety and health of employees, subcontractors, our clients, the public, and protects the environment. A high level of performance in safety, health and environmental protection will be achieved through the commitment and active involvement of all individuals.

Construction metalworking involves the skills required to mark out, cut and assemble, repair and maintain steel structures such as buildings, bridges, heavy plant and lifting equipment. A construction metalworker must have a good knowledge of mathematical calculations and geometrical techniques, and be able to interpret simple and complex engineering drawings. He or she must be able to fabricate small to large structures and check them for correct dimensions, square, parallel and flatness.

Construction metalwork serves industries that include dairy, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, and civil engineering projects that may involve steel structures for buildings, bridges or lifting equipment.

Faik covers a wide range of metal forming that serves the following industries:

  • Metal Works for Construction Industry
  • Metal Works for Water and Waste Water Industry
