  1. Clinker Conveyor Rollers:

One of the basic tools in material handling industry, belt conveyors are most commonly used in transportation of bulk materials (grain, salt, coal, ore, sand, etc.).
Belt conveyor systems consist of two or more pulleys. An endless loop of carrying medium—the conveyor belt— rotates about them. To move the belt and the material it carries forward, one or both pulleys are powered.

  • Clinker Conveyor Chains:

Due to the abrasive nature of the product being moved, conveyor chains operating in cement plants need to be made from carefully selected materials. Conveyor chain is able to withstand the many varied and arduous demands encountered in cement plants. We have a wide variety of conveyor chains to suit your requirements and provide the solution that you are seeking.

  • Drag Chain Conveyor:

Drag chain conveyors handle a wide range bulk materials ranging from Ash to Zinc. The versatile design and efficient utilization of space means the conveyor has a smaller footprint compared to other conveying technologies and a smaller, more energy efficient drive. Our Drag Conveyor moves material distances ranging from 20 to 200 feet or more. This combination provides the highest level of abrasion resistance while mitigating the risk of stress and breakage.

  • Handling Rollers & Rubber Rollers:

Faik offers a wide variety of rollers for the bulk and unit handling industry (mining, cement plants, power plants, quarries, etc.). Rollers are suitable for high speed and load conditions. In addition to the advantages of the Medium Duty rollers, the robust and yet lightweight design of these rollers, allow the conveyor to withstand very heavy loads.

  • Pulleys:

Faik designs and manufactures standard pulleys or tailor made pulleys for special applications. These provide the highest quality and maximum resistance. They are generally used in steel mills, mining, ports, power plants, quarries and other installations that work in heavy duty conditions.

  • GEARS:

A toothed machine part, such as a wheel or cylinder that meshes with another toothed part to transmit motion or to change speed or direction.

Gears are classified according to the position of axis of shaft:

  • Parallel.
  • Intersecting.
  • Non-intersecting and Non-parallel.

Gears can increase or decrease the speed of rotation and can easily be used to reverse the direction of rotation. Another reason gears are essential is that they transmit rotational motion to a different axis. Gears are round. On the edge of the gear are teeth.
